Our shop is open from before each apiary session (5.30pm until 6.00pm) from April till the end of September. On occasion, it will be open at other times and members will be made aware of these times when they occur.

Because we are able to buy in bulk and buyers avoid paying postage, our stock is often available cheaper than from commercial suppliers. This is not always the case though and it is the responsibility of members to shop around.

At the time of purchase you will be sent an invoice to your email address. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or BACS (HSBC sort code 40-18-05, accoutnt number 61094394).

We aim to have the following in stock throughout the season:

Deep Frames (x25)
Shallow Frames (x25
Deep Foundation (x10)
Shallow Foundation (x10)
Fondabee Fondant (12.5kg)
Invertbee Syrup (14kg)

Latex Gloves (50 pairs)
Frame Hangers (pair)
Queen Clipping Scissors
Varroa Sugar Shaker

From time to time we arrange bulk buys of other items such as BBWear bee suits at discount prices and share postage costs. Details will be circulated to members when the buys are being planned. If you wish to place an individual order with BB Wear you will need to provide proof of your Dean Forest Beekeepers membership to receive a discount.

If you have any questions please contact our Treasurer or Procurement Manager.

Each year we aim to produce enough colonies of bees to sell to new beekeepers and other members. Availability is on a first come first served basis.

If you have any questions please contact our Secretary (about your order).
